SmartVoiceX
AI Voice Agent Platform
Overview
I built SmartVoiceX as a full AI voice-agent platform, not just a prompt connected to a phone number. The system brings together the app, AI calling logic, website, landing page, dashboard, workflows, calendar booking, APIs, integrations, and automation needed to make a voice agent useful in a real business.
The product is built around a simple business problem: companies miss calls, lose leads, repeat the same qualification questions, and need a better way to route conversations into action.
What I built from scratch
I designed and built the platform around the complete workflow: answer calls, understand intent, qualify leads, book appointments, route conversations, follow up, and support operational tasks. The voice agent is the visible layer, but the real product is the system behind it.
That meant building dashboards, call logic, integrations, appointment flows, API connections, and the supporting marketing site so a customer could understand the product and use it.
Why voice automation is a system
A useful voice agent needs more than a model response. It needs guardrails, business rules, calendar logic, fallback paths, data capture, follow-up behavior, and a clear handoff to humans when needed. I built SmartVoiceX around those operational realities.
This project demonstrates how I approach AI products: I connect the AI layer to workflows that matter. The goal is not to sound impressive; it is to help a business answer more calls, qualify more leads, and reduce repetitive work.
